Katherine Tancredi, MA, E-RYT 500, is a certified Embodyoga® Teacher, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher, and Realization Process® Meditation Teacher. She is a dedicated teacher and student of Embodyoga® and the wisdom and grace of Patty Townsend. From Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen's Body-Mind Centering® Katherine learns how the differentiation of our anatomy underlies unity. Meditation and embodiment practices are inspired by Judith Blackstone's Realization Process® and her understanding of the philosophy underlying yoga comes from Rajanaka Yoga. In her classes Katherine provides a safe nurturing experience of yoga and meditation. Beginners, advanced students and those with physical limitations or injury will all find that her classes create a gentle support that honors the individual. Her yoga classes guide students toward achieving strength and flexibility, stability and health. Katherine's particular interest is currently teaching yoga in the treatment of eating disorders.
